The site makes all kinds of fancy claims and after payment, sends you a link to a software whose ‘readme.txt’ states that it unlocks up to ver 2.2.  Current ver is 3.1.  Also, once you download the software, it will unzip but, the unzipped exe does not work.

UPDATE

Filed a complaint with PayPal and after a 10 day waiting period, got my $ refunded.
